Do you want the roads fixed?

Here’s how it would work.

Glengarry Village Phase 2 Homeowners Association

Canton, Michigan

General Information

The Glengarry Phase 2 HOA comprises 84 homes on Turnberry (Court and Drive), Middlebury (Lane and Court), Harriet Court, and William Court.  We are lots 128-211 in the Glengarry Subdivision (see maps).  We are a nonprofit corporation registered with the State of Michigan.  We are organized in this way to manage the properties jointly owned by all 84 homeowners, which includes the property along Glengarry Boulevard and at each court, the property bordering Canton Center Road, the property behind Turnberry Court and Middlebury Court.  Most of our costs are associated with the maintenance of these properties (lights, grass cutting, weed control, sprinkling, and snow removal).

This simple website is a repository for information that may be of interest to members in our HOA community.  You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to look at a lot of the documents on this website.  Download and install the reader here.
